We offer free delivery to mainland Spain and Portugal on orders of Euros 3000 or more, orders between Euro 500 to Euro 3000 are subject to a 12 percent surcharge.
Delivery to the Balearic Islands, and Gibraltar can be quoted for separately, please contact Quality Garden Furniture, with your details for a quotation.
Delivery is only available to ground floor as standard; please supply as much information about access to the delivery address as possible to ensure that there are no additional delivery costs incurred. Please ensure that the goods you have ordered are able to fit through entrances to your property. Quality Garden Furniture cannot accept any responsibility for goods ordered and delivered to addresses with insufficient access. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover our collection costs.
If, upon delivery, the packaging covering your goods appears to be damaged, or you suspect that the goods may have been damaged in transit, please sign for as unchecked or damaged and notify Quality Garden Furniture within 24 hours.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated dates only and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for deliveries at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Please note that we require you to sign to accept your delivery.
Where a delivery has been attempted on more than one occasion and the goods returned to Quality Garden Furniture, the cost of the attempted deliveries, plus an administration fee of 10% of the invoice total will be deducted from any refund due. Where a delivery has been refused and returned to Quality Garden Furniture (except in the case of damaged or faulty goods) the cost of the attempted deliveries, and an administration fee of 10% of the invoice total will be deducted from any refund due.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days if the goods are in stock . If we cannot fulfill your order from stock, we will contact you to discuss the estimated delivery time.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the banks system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Quality Garden Furniture guarantees their products sold to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials according to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee excludes damage resulting from improper assembly, alteration, misuse, abuse, normal weathering and damage that was a direct affect of weather conditions.
Any problems will be dealt with quickly by personal inspection when reported, either by repair or replacement.
Returns Policy
There is a 7 day money back guarantee on all products that you find unsuitable for the purpose they are designed for.
If the products are found to be faulty we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product. We do ask that the product(s) are made available for collection in the same condition as they were when received by you, there will be a collection and restocking charge for non faulty products.
Missing or Incorrect Items
You should notify us as soon as possible by email, letter or telephone as to the nature of the problem. We will rectify the situation immediately, subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, you should notify us as soon as possible. We will rectify the situation immediately, subject to stock availability.
- To enable us to identify you as the purchaser of the goods.
- For us to establish the nature of the damage or fault.
- For us to know whether to exchange/repair item, swap for alternative item, or complete a refund of purchase price.
We will examine the goods, and in the event that they are damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace them at our absolute discretion, but due to the wide range of products we supply, it may be necessary for the goods to be passed back to the manufacturer for their expert assessment of the alleged damage or fault. We will do this within a reasonable time which we agree will not exceed 21 days.
In such cases where the manufacturer has tested the goods and finds the goods not faulty, they will be returned to you. |
